Terms & Conditions

1. Service and Scope

We will provide business coaching and consulting services focused on marketing strategies and related advice. The scope of work for each session or project will be discussed and agreed upon with you beforehand.

2. Payment and Invoicing

a. Packages: 50% payment before the commencement of work | 50% within 7-days of the completion of the work unless otherwise specified. Non-refundable.

b. Monthly Coaching: Payable in advance of the month. 30 days notice of cancellation. Non-refundable.

c. Custom Projects By The Hour: Payable in minimum of 20-hour blocks. Valid for 6-months. Non-refundable.

3. Refunds

a. Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable.

b. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your coaching appointment at no additional charge, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are not permitted, and you will forfeit the payment for that session.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that we provide advice, guidance, and recommendations based on our professional experience. Your success depends on your own efforts, skills, and implementation.

We are not responsible or liable for any business decisions you make, the results of your implementation, or any actions you take based on our advice or services. By engaging our services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions that may arise. Our total liability to you for any and all claims is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the specific services in question.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes.
